 Dear SCOTT,
Spring is finally here and the two feet of snow is now just a memory. Pretty soon we'll be complaining it is too hot.
We do have a few new additions, first our new tables to the right when you first walk in. We hand made some tables with checkers/chess boards in them, so while you eat, you can challenge your friend to a game. Hope you enjoy! We also have a new employee, he is a greeter. We have employed him to stand at our front door and do nothing but greet people, kind of like Wal-Mart. He is a man of little words, next time you join us give him a hearty hand shake and a "hello". His name is Manny Quinn. We plan to do some interesting promotions based around him.

NOW OPEN FOR DINNER
It is now Lent and like years past we will be openf or dinner on Fridays and Saturdays.
Fridays are Fish Fry Fridays and all you can eat!!
Saturdays nights KIDS EAT FOR $1. Plus we have balloons and crafts from 4-7
After dinner try one of our awesome new desserts, CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE. A moist cake filled with hot fudge and vanilla ice cream on the side to dip this slice of heaven in.

Congrats to John McKinney
Winner of our last promotion
Congratulations to John McKinney, winner of our Football promotion. John is the winner of the remote car starter given to us and installed by D.R.I.V.E Automotive, our good friends next door. Now the ironic note, John doesn't own a car!! He did however, give it to one of his friends, Bruce. Good luck and enjoy it!

March
17th St. Pattys Day Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast all day for just $4.50. (the eggs tast fine, trust me!)
25th Waffle Day - Get any of our waffles on the menu for just $2.99 with the purchase of a drink, yes any waffle, even our delicous Brownie Waffle Alamode.
30th Doctors Day - All doctors will get a free dessert or appetizer with thier meal.

1st April Fools Day Skirt Day Ladies in skirts get 20% off your meal, men in skirts get 50%!
15th Income tax day- we'll pay your taxes! For your meal that is!

Featured Flavors
Flippin Skillet Feshly diced potatoes deep fried and seasoned perfectly. Add hearty amounts of tender skirt steak, fresh sauteed mushrooms, grilled onions, American cheese, and topped with two eggs, this is a Flippin great skillet!
Chicken and Waffles Our very own fried chicken made here, never frozen, breaded and seasoned to perfection, served with a Belguim waffle. Great combination.
Hot Turkey Sandwich Fresh turkey breast, cooked in our oven, served open faced over bread with real mashed potatoes, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce.
Pot Roast Tender and DELISH!!! This has become a popular dish, and one of my favorites! We serve it up with mashed potatoes, seasoned veggies, and garlic bread.
Chicken Basket Tasty, crispy chicken, breaded and deepfried right here, so it is NEVER FROZEN, like most places. We serve it with your choice of a side and a biscuit.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Truly an experience! We take a big chicken breast and butterfly it, we then roll it with ham and Swiss cheese inside, bread it, fry it, and season it to perfection. We cover it with hollandaise sauce and serve it with your choice of a side, seasoned veggies, soup, and salad. WOW!
Chocolate Lava Cake
Our newest and greatest dessert. A moist chocolate cake filled with hot fudge, we then give it a best friend, vanilla ice cream, together they go hand and hand. Truly a great end to a great meal.

Come in and try some of our new items this month. They are truly DELISH!
Banana Bread French Toast. Homemade and some of the best banana bread you have ever had! We dip it in our own batter, grill it, and then we have perfection.
Monster Omelet. This bad boy is the little one to our Monster Burger. Choose any one of our omelets, made with 12 eggs and served with hashbrowns and three pieces of toast or three pancakes. If you can finish this in an hour or less you will get a free dessert, if not, you have food for your next breakfast.
Pita Pizza. A healthy and tasty treat. We layer a pita with humus, avocado, tomato, and feta cheese. Served with a side of fruit, this breakfast dish is unique, filling, and absolutely DELISH!
Chili Bowl. A big roll, served with chili inside, topped with onions and cheddar cheese, this is a meal in itself or have it as an appetizer.
Pot Roast. This potroast is so tender and full of flavor, served with mashed potatoes and vegetables, this meal will satisfy the pickiest of appetites.
Rib Sandwich. Tender and juicy, this boneless sandwich compares, if it isn't better then the fast food chains (if you know who I mean!).

Valentines Day Dinner
Join us this year once again for a romantic dinner here at Flippin Eggs. We will be having our dinner from 4pm until 9pm on Valentines Day. We will have a special dinner menu (you can check it out on our website www.flippineggs.com ) Dinners include a soup, salad, and a drink. If you RSVP by Feb 10th, you will also get a free dessert.
